This hoist has been completely dismantled, inspected, cleaned and repainted using corrosion resistant coatings. The load chain has been steel shot tumbled and inspected for corrosion, nicks and deformities and then coated with a liquid moly chain coating and lubricant. The unit has been reassembled and tested. This hoist appears to have never been in a salt water environment and is hard to tell from "NEW".
