This hoist has been completely dismantled, inspected, cleaned and repainted using corrosion resistant coatings. The load chain has been steel shot tumbled and inspected for corrosion, nicks and deformities and then coated with a liquid moly chain coating and lubricant. The unit has been reassembled and tested. This is a low headroom hoist with a minimum distance of 10-1/2" from the bottom of the supporting beam to the nest of the lower hook. It can be adjusted to fit a 5" beam minimum and 8-1/2" beam maximum.
